Cancellations made 45 days (or more) prior to rental arrival date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 15-44 days prior to rental arrival date are subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 14 days of rental arrival date.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT THIS PROPERTY.
