Final payment: The rental balance, including sales tax (12.5%), security deposit(s), cleaning fee, and remaining rent is due to the owner in full, no later than close of business on the Friday preceding 60 days before check in. For example: For a July 6th check in, the final rental balance is due to the owner no later than the close of business on May 6th. Time is of the essence. Cancellations can be hard to re-book as the check in date approaches. Owner reserves the right to cancel reservations without a refund if full payment is not received on time.
