Terres Basses Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are per week in US dollars, and are subject to 8% tax and service charge. Rates are based on a maximum of two persons per bedroom. Minimum rental 3 nights all year excluding Christmas/New Year Holidays, Easter and Thanksgiving that require a 1week (7 nights) minimum rental. Reservations must be accompanied with a 50% deposit. A reservation will not be guaranteed until payment has actually been received. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Check out time: 10:00 AM.
