Our rates for spring and fall vary from $180 to $225 per night and $1,150 to $1,450 per week. Our rates for summer vary from $210 to $270 per night and $1,350 to $1,650 per week.
Please check our availability calendars at our 2 listings for available dates. Please inquire with your dates and we'll respond with our best rate for your rental with taxes and fees included. - Our lowest rates are in January and February. Please ask about larger discounts for multi-week or longer term stays.
If you have a larger group or more guests that want to join you, we also have a second unit available in the same building. The listing number for that ad is 271945
We have a 4 or 5 night minimum in summer and we have a 3 night minimum year round. We have a 4 to 7 night minimum for Thanksgiving, the December holidays, July 4th and the Chicago Marathon. Shorter stays are available for those dates in the last 30-45 days.
Our winter weekly rates range from $875 to $1,150 per week. Ask about lower rates for longer stays.
We only offer 2 night rentals at the very last minute at higher rates. Shorter rentals are priced higher to cover our fixed cleaning and paperwork costs.

- Our huge 5 foot by 3.5 foot shower has Grohe Body Sprays and a steam bath generator. Our guests love it. Some of our guests have said that it's like a massage. The bathroom is done in marble with heated floors. There is an additional half bath in our basement that is shared by both apartments as a backup
