The living and dining rooms have cathedral ceiling with a large fireplace as the focal point. This home has a wonderful water front boathouse for your beachfront entertaining and enjoyment. The spacious boat house is equipped with a kitchenette area including oak cabinets, stainless counter top, refrigerator, & even a TV. It is furnished with lovely patio furniture with ample seating for the entire party. also down on the water front is a fire pit for those late night bon fires, private pier, swim raft, canoe and 2 Jet Ski lifts are available for your use.

Waushara Country Club a lovely 27-hole course open to the public and Two Oaks North a wonderful 18 hole course. There are also many more courses located with 30 minutes of Wautoma.
A Winter Wonderland: Located just 7 miles from Nordic Mountain Ski Hill a wonderful family atmosphere Ski resort with runs for the whole family. Nordic Mountain also has a wonderful snow tubing hill for those who don’t ski or snowboard this is a blast for all ages. additional nearby ski areas include granite peak 1hr & 15 min. and cascade Mountain 50 min. Waushara County has wonderful snowmobile trails throughout the county The area boasts of 96 lakes so ice fishing is at a premium, the local marinas can outfit you with bait and tackle
