Port Charlotte House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- $500 deposit, returned within 10 days of checkout if no damage or loss has occurred to the property.
All fees must be paid in full 45 days prior to check in to secure reservation.
There is an extra fee of $100. a week per person after 8 people. 6 years or younger $ 25.00 per week.
One month rental rate is based on a 4 week stay. ie 28 days.
Cancelations must be made 30 days prior to check in date, if not all deposits
Will be held and are not refundable.
