Masthope House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our Masthope Home Is Available To Rent For Family And Multi-Family Groups Only.
- • Call or e-mail for holiday week/weekend rates
• $50 weekend to $75 weekly Community Fee covers up to eight guests
• Additional passes (4) may be requested @ $5 per day or $25 per week each.
• Security Deposit: $400
• Professional cleaning fee of $120 per stay
• Credit Card payment via PayPal accepted with verification of address. - We rent only to family groups. Multi-family rentals are welcome. We reserve the right to refuse rental to groups of unrelated adults as well as to persons under the age of twenty-five. Guests must register at the Property Owners office upon arrival. Although most vacationers bring their own linens and towels,we do have courtesy linens and towels available. They must be laundered,folded, and returned to their shelf prior to check-out.
We welcome suggestions from our guests that are designed to enhance their next stay.
