Rainbow Bay Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1150 per week $US
- Rental rates subject to 10% rental tax, and a $300 refundable security deposit.
We will consider a minimum 3 or 4 night stay with a $700 minimum stay, plus 10% tax & $300 refundable security deposit. - One week rental, $1,150 year-round.
Two week rental, $2,100
Three week rental, $2,900
Four week rental, $3,400
Christmas - New Year's holiday weeks require a minimum one week rental.
Long term inquiries welcome. Inquire for rates.
Bahamas Rental Tax on Vacation Rentals is 10%.
Minimum 5 night stay pro-rated at weekly rate. We will consider a minimum 3 or 4 night stay with a $700 minimum stay, plus 10% tax & $300 refundable security deposit.
Payments must be made in $US funds, check or money order. We also accept E-check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. If rental dates are more than 60 days away, 50% deposit is required to reserve along with our completed rental agreement, with remaining 50% balance due 60 days prior to rental date. If rental date is 60 days or less away, we require payment in full. For e-checks and credit cards we offer a secure reservation system.
