Green Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We are currently renting for the 2012 Summer Season as well as the 2013 summer season. The house is available June 1st through October 7th. The house is rented Saturday to Saturday for $1000 per week during the months of June and September and $1650 for July and August. Rental prices will be $1650.00 for the months of July and August 2012. A deposit of $275.00 is due at time of rental along with half of the rental rate. Balance of the rent is paid before you arrive. The deposit will be refunded upon your departure confirming there are no damages to the house of property and you fulfill the rental. Deposit is forfeited if you cancel. Sorry, no pets allowed.
