- This is a beautiful property and home. Property must be left in the same condition as rented as cleaning fees may apply. Additional Pet Deposit is required. We accept Bank Checks, Visa or Mastercard.
- Please inquire about seasonal or special events, daily cleaning, things to do, guide services, pet policies/rates and additional guest policies/rates.
Security/Damage Deposit of $ 500.00 is refundable, subject to abuse, negligence and excessive cleaning. Guest is fully responsible for costs of repair or replacement of items which is not limited to security deposit.
BOOKING: We hold verbal / email reservations for (5) days pending 500.00 reservation/security deposit. The Rental Agreement will be forwarded for signature upon receipt of reservation/security deposit and must be signed and returned to complete booking. Payment of 50% is due (60) days before arrival with the ballance due (30) days prior to or upon arrival in addition to the $ 500.00 reservation/security which is refundable within (5) days of departure but subject to damage as a result abuse or negligence.
