The powder bath is located off the main living room and also features custom fixtures. All bathrooms are stocked with extra-thick, luxurious all cotton towels.

- The large master bedroom suite features a plush, pillow-top king-size bed, walk-in closet, and 19-inch LCD TV and DVD player. The master suite opens directly onto the pool, so you can open the bedroom door and sleep to the soothing waterfall sounds. The second and third bedrooms feature queen size beds (one firm and one pillow-top), large closets, and custom furnishings. The second bedroom also has a 19-inch LCD TV and DVD player. The second and third bedrooms both have separate sliding doors that open onto the lush, manicured back lawn. If additional sleep space is needed, the new down sofa in the sun room has a pull-out queen size bed.
