- All 4 bedrooms have top quality mattresses and a pull out queen size sofa sleeper in upstairs family room. Sleeps 8 privately and 10 with the sofa bed. A blow-up queen size mattress is also available for extra guests. The over-sized master bedroom is truly exceptional with patio doors onto the upstairs balcony, a sitting area, walk-in closet and bathroom ensuite with double sinks. All bedrooms have over head fans for your comfort. Extra bedding and linens are also included. Also a separate exercise area with new treadmill and elliptical trainer to help work off those vacation calories.
