All reservations require a 50% deposit for a confirmed reservation, unless other arrangements are made.
Refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival subject to our ability to fill the reservation and less a $50 per unit cancellation fee. If we cannot fill your canceled reservation, we will extend to you a credit for the amount of your deposit to be used for another stay at Adobe Agave within 12 months of your originally scheduled stay. Holiday cancellations regrettably cannot be refunded or credited for another stay. - Adobe Agave is happy to offer reduced rates
for parties renting multiple units.
Half of the rental amount is required for confirmed reservations,
with the balance due upon arrival.
Full refunds for the deposit amount, less a $50 per unit cancellation fee,
are given for cancellations received more than 21 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made 21 days or less of arrival date, and during non-holiday periods,
are are only refunded (less the $50 per unit cancellation fee),
subject to our ability to fill the reservation. If unable to fill your canceled reservation,
Adobe Agave offers credit for the amount of your deposit refund towards
another stay at Adobe Agave within 12 months of your originally scheduled stay,
subject to availability and during non-holiday periods.
Due to the constraints of holiday period reservations, Adobe Agave regrets
deposits for canceled reservations that include holiday periods cannot be refunded
or credited towards another sta
