Mammoth Lakes Condo Summary
This spacious premiere 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome style condo is the perfect get-a-way! Winterset 17 is warm and inviting with a woodburning fire place, open beam cielings, TV with DVD, large open living/dining area, a huge sectional sofa and unique mountain decor.
There is new flooring throughout the unit.
The master suite has a beautiful king size log bed, TV with VCR, pine furniture, log cabin decor and a large attached bathroom.
The second bedroom is handsomly done with mountain touches, TV, VCR and a queen size bed. In the third bedroom there are three twin beds and a TV with VCR. There is also a private washer/dryer in the unit.
The owner has recently installed all new floor coverings which has really updated the look of th entire unit.
Winterset Condominimums are centrally located in the heart of Mammoth, with easy access to shops and some of Mammoth's finest dining establishments.
The Green Line Shuttle is just a few yards from the unit, for direct access to the new Eagle Express Chair Lift and the spa area is directly accross from the front door. The spa is open year round for relaxation after a long day of Mammoth fun.
The pool is open summers only.
The summer rate for this unit is $200 per night with additional discounts of 10-30% for stays of four to seven nights or more. This is truely a "steal of a deal"!
Winter rates are; midweek $255, weekend $305, holidays are $350 to $395 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.
