Crystal Beach House Details
Beach Info: Dedicated county beach and access across the street. From the front door , about a 150 foot walk. Scenic 98 is pedestrian friendly on the West end and has very low trafffic count. Scenic 98 dead ends into Henderson beach State Park 750 feet from house.
Home details: Very large rooms, lots of windows and light, hardwood (oak-strip) flooring on all 3 floors, Parking for 6 vehichles(2-car garage and 4 on pad in front w/ none of the 4 being blocked). The downstairs gameroom was made for fun. Huge stone fireplace w/ giant HD flatscreen above, pool table, antique Barroom piano, huge french doors opening to the pool area. 2nd level living area features 5 french doors openig to huge L-shaped balcony, gulf views, gourmet kitchen and dining table - plus bar w/ chairs - plus round granite top high table- plus HD flat screen and fire place.
Pool info: The largest private pool in the whole Crystal Beach area. Custom built with laid white paversfor the pool deck (very cool during the Summer), huge wooden pergula(lanai) with lighting, surrounding built in gunite hottub. Basically the whole 50X70 backyard area is about the Pool and lounge space.
