- $450 per week.
- $1500 per month. All rentals require a $250 refundable security deposit. Bookings made 60 days or more in advance, require 50% deposit. Bookings made less than 60 days, require full payment. Refund policy: full refund 60 days more prior to rental, 50% refund 30-59 days prior to rental, and no refund for cancellations less than 30 days.
