Please compare our published rental rates, plus 11.5% tax, with other owner published rates plus security deposit, cleaning fees, taxes, etc. for a real bottom dollar, all inclusive, rental rate package. ** If you will do this comparison and view the attached link to our special unit photo album slide show, we feel sure you will book your vacation with us.** A monthly rental rate is available for December, January, February, and March @ $1900/month with a two (2 month) minimum stay.

- Three Bedrooms Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa: Each of the three bedrooms has it own private bath and has been decorated with comfort in mind. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and seating. Adjoining it is a master bath with a shower/tub combination and his/her vanities. The Guest Bedroom has queen bed with a private bathroom. The Third Bedroom has 2 double beds and connects to the third bathroom with a walk-in shower. TVs with DVDs are included in all bedrooms as well as the den area. We insist on providing our guests with a very clean unit. The den area has a very comfortable sofa which converts into a Queen Sleeper. ** Bring your Beach & Pool Towels ** we do not allow linens to be carried outside of unit.
