This five star property is one of Mammoth's most desireable addresses, with easy access to the golf course in the summer and just a short drive to Eagle Express in the winter.
Timbers #31 is a four bedroom with a den, three and a half bathroom multi-level home that is the perfect mountain get-a-way.
The craftsman attention to detail is evident throughout this stunning home with maple hardwood flooring, slate entry, Burber carpet, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms and beautiful maple cabinetry throughout.
The grand room is open and spacious with a gas burning fireplace, open ceiling, over stuffed leather sofas, a big screen TV with surround sound and a DVD player.
The gourmet kitchen is the center of this home with deluxe GE profile appliances, generous counter space and garden style dining table that seats ten comfortably.
Timbers #31 is an excellent place for festive family gatherings or a quiet elegant location for a business retreat.
Other amenities at Timbers #31 are; private Jacuzzi on the downstairs deck, a regulation size pool table in the loft, two car garage with a private driveway and a large laundry room for your convenience.
This unit has a THREE CAR MAXIMUM that is strictly enforced by the home owners association. There is a $300 security deposit on this unit that is refundable with in 14 days of departure.
The summer rate is $450 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more. Winter rates are; midweek $700, weekend $775, holiday $1080 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.
The master bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a king, the third bedroom has a queen and the loft has a euro-bunk (a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top).
There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 10 persons.
