This is a great place for festive family gatherings or a quiet, elegant location for a business retreat. This unit has a THREE CAR MAXIMUM which is strictly enforced by the Homeowners Association management.

There is paid parking available in our downtown area.

The summer rate for this unit is $450.00 per night. Additional discounts of 10-30% apply on reservations of four nights or more. The Timbers does not have a swimming pool.

Winter rates are; midweek $700, weekend $775, holiday $1080 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.
