Mammoth Lakes Condo Summary
You're only a short walk from the lifts when you stay in Summit #80! This condo is sunny and welcoming with spacious rooms and cozy furniture.
The unit has been completely remodeled and is in remarkable condition featuring new carpet, flooring and kitchen appliances.
The living room has all the entertainment amenities and looks out to the interior courtyard. Here you will find a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and common area barbecue.
Every room (including loft) has a TV/VCR and comfortable contemporary furnishings. Dramatic ceilings make this unit feel open while the large windows let in plenty of light and look out to spectacular views.
Bedding arrangements- both the master and second bedrooms have kings, the loft has a bunk and two twins.
Project amenities- Summit offers covered parking, a modern fitness center, tennis courts, barbecue areas, two pools, and several spas and saunas.
Winter rates for this unit are; midweek $335, weekend $385, holidays are $440 to $500 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.
The summer rate is $180 per night with additional discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more.
The maximum occupancy is eight in this 2 bedroom plus loft condo.
