Mammoth Lakes Condo Summary
The kitchen is newly remodeled with new cabinets and countertops as well as new GE appliances. A lovely dining table is ready to seat eight. The unit has a warm, homey feel that is accentuated by the river rock fireplace, comfortable furnishings and spectacular local photography. Almost every room has a TV/DVD player and the loft has a VCR as well.
The master bedroom features new furniture while the double bunk loft is a great getaway for the kids! The balcony offers a fabulous view of the Eagle Express chair which is only a short walk from the condo. Guests in this unit will enjoy FREE domestic and international long distance.
Bed Arrangement: a king in the master, a king in the second bedroom, and two sets of bunks in the loft. The maximum occupancy is eight guests.
Project Amenities: the Summit offers covered parking, a modern fitness center, tennis courts, two pools, and several spas and saunas.
Rates: the summer rate is $175 per night. Winter rates are $375/night in the midweek, $435 per night over the weekend. Holiday rates are $505 to $585 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials..
