Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- First 6 months to a year Olavaquero will be priced under market value to establish the client base.
- We charge a $150 Cleaning fee & take a $1000 damage deposit fully refundable if nothing is damaged

- Olavaquero has two master bedrooms with king sized beds suspended from the ceiling, double doors open to a private deck over looking the ocean with only the sound of crashing waves to put you to sleep. The 3rd bedroom has four single beds, a private deck, and views of the surrounding mountains. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.
