Rio Nexpa House Rates

  • First 6 months to a year Olavaquero will be priced under market value to establish the client base.
  • We charge a $150 Cleaning fee & take a $1000 damage deposit fully refundable if nothing is damaged

    Low Season Rates are:
    - Jan 15th - Nov 15th (excluding holidays)

    High Season rates are:

    - Nov 15th - Jan 15th
    - Palm Sunday — Easter Sunday (date changes, usually last week of March or first week of April)

  • Olavaquero has two master bedrooms with king sized beds suspended from the ceiling, double doors open to a private deck over looking the ocean with only the sound of crashing waves to put you to sleep. The 3rd bedroom has four single beds, a private deck, and views of the surrounding mountains. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

There is a living room with a couch and two day beds; there is a projector and DVD player installed for showing movies(massive screen). Should you need to connect with the people at home, there is an office with an internet terminal and wireless internet though out the house.
