Natural Bridge Chalet Details
Chalet/cabin Amenities: Chalet located in beautiful, scenic gated community with city water, paved roads, underground electric, natural gas. Completely modern with heat/AC, full service kitchens, dishwasher, modern bathrooms with showers, washer/dryer, satellite tv, gas or wood burning fireplace, vcr/dvd, decks, grills, outdoor firepits with outdoor furniture. Chalet is a privately owned retirement home.
Area Amenities: Close to Natural Bridge State Park, Red River Gorge Federal Park of the Daniel Boone National Forest. These parks offer great hiking with spectacular views of caves, cliffs, mountains, waterfalls. There is a rock climbing park for beginners and rock climbing guides for more adventurous. Fishing, canoeing, pond swimming, hiking/exploring available onsite. Nearby are hiking trails, paddle boats, canoeing and rock climbing outfitters, horseback riding and ATV trails, square dancing. Bicycles are allowed throughout the Red River Gorge Scenic Byway.
Location: We are located one hour southeast of Lexington, Kentucky, 2 hours from Louisville and 2.5 hours from Cincinnati, Ohio. Makes a quick get a way trip without the hassle of a long drive.
