Rancho Mirage House Details
General Policies: Our property is privately owned and renters must adhere to all community guidelines. Our minimum rental duration is one month, but would prefer a long-term rental. Renters are responsible for all gas & electric above $250/mo. during peak-season and renters are responsible for all gas & electric for off-peak and annual rentals. Smoking is not permitted in interior spaces. Special arrangements can be made for check-in in advance of arrival. All keys, garage openers, gate passes, etc. must be returned by renter upon check-out. Check-in: 1:00pm; check-out: 9:00am. Our rental property has a maximum number of 6 occupants. Our home is fully appointed, to include the following: a fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, washer, dryer, air conditioning, televisions with basic cable, telephone (calling card required for long distance), patio or deck furniture and any other furnishings or equipment reasonably necessary for the enjoyment of the property.
General Policies: An initial supply of bath soap and paper products is provided. Additional needs of such items are the responsibility of renters. Our property will be delivered in a clean and fully appointed condition. The departure cleaning is a separate charge to the renter with each reservation. Interim cleaning during an occupancy can be arranged for an additional fee. A security deposit or a Damage Waiver Agreement is required with each reservation. Payment in full of all charges, except for an annual agreement, is required 30 days in advance of arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of arrival require immediate full payment. All annual rentals will be paid on a month-to-month basis. If a cancellation notice is received in writing by owner at least 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, then all monies paid will be refunded, less a $150 cancellation fee.
General Policies: Reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit all rent monies paid unless owner is successful in re-renting the property for all or part of the scheduled stay. If owner is successful in a full or partial re-rent, the re-rent proceeds will be refunded to the canceling renter, less a $150 cancellation fee. A shortened stay does not result in a rent refund. Any 're-rent proceeds' will be credited to the renter who elected to shorten his or her stay.
Golf: Seasonal residents of more than 5 months are eligible to have access to Mission Hills North & Mission Hills Resort courses, seven days a week, subject to availability. - Tee time reservations on a space available basis up to four days in advance of the date of play. - A 20% discount on non-sale items purchased at The Westin golf shops. - Golf cart and practice balls included in green fee on the day of play. January 1 - April 30 ($55-member fee per round); ($90-guest fee per round). May 1 - May 31 ($45-member fee per round); ($70-guest fee per round). June 1 - September 30 ($35-member fee per round); ($55-guest fee per round). October 1 - December 31 ($55-member fee per round); ($80-guest fee per round). What proof of eligibility is required for Rancho Mirage residents? Any valid photo identification (i.e. driver's license or state-issued ID card), plus one of the following that must have a Rancho Mirage address: Utility bill, Property tax bill, or Rental agreement or lease (with phone bill). What will it cost? Each membership is for an individual and the fee is $75 per calendar year. An individual City Golf Club membership/photo ID will be issued. All membership cards are issued on a calendar year basis regardless of when issued.
