Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are inclusive of taxes & Cleaning but Gratuities are at the clients discretion.
- Prices fixed in US$ prices. Rates exclusive of 10% service charge. Rates inclusive of continental breakfast. Includes service of Villa manageress and our staff at Samui Beach Village. Food & wine supply at cost plus 15% admin fee, or minimum 500 Baht fee per order. Welcome fruit, cold drinks & cold towels. Fresh linen every 3 days, towels as needed. No charge for infant cots. Extra person charge over 8 persons at US$50++ pp. T&C’s available on request. reservations@samuibeachvillage.com
- A team of 40, supervised by our Guest Relations Manager, oversees your villa and stay.
The staff will visit your villa twice a day (with complimentary continental breakfast delivered to your door every morning), unless you advise otherwise and attend to any needs you may have to ensure your stay with us is exceptional.
