- On season is from June 29th to August 30. Off season begins April 1 to June 29 and commences on August 31 through November 2. Weeks run from Saturday 3 PM to Saturday 10 AM
- 50% down within 10 days with initial reservation. Canadian guests, due to the exchange rate, postal money order U.S. Funds, certified bank check in U.S. Funds. U.S. guests personal checks accepted for the 50% reservation deposit and 14 days before occupancy date. If you chose to pay the balance on your move-in date, either cash or a certified bank check all guests. In the event of a cancellation, a refund, less a 10% service charge on the total will be returned to you upon re-renting of your reserved time. All monies minus 10% will be returned if owner is able to rerent the entire time cancelled at the same price.

- There is a modern bathroom with a stall shower and a glass door, sink with a vanity, mirror and toilet. There is also an outdoor cold water shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Bedroom 2 - 2 twin/ single
- One bedroom has a king size bed. The room has spectacular ocean views. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds. There is also a cot. Both bedrooms are a very good size. There is an abundance of blankets and pillows. Guests supply their own sheets and towels. Andersen casement windows open up the bedrooms to ocean breezes and the wonderful smell of the salt air. Guests are limited to 5 including children on season and 4 off season,...no exceptions please. There will be a $50.00 per night charge for guests over these numbers. There is electric heat with a thermostat in every room so that the cottage is warm and cozy at all times. The cottage is non-smoking, pets are not allowed and no large parties.
