Kino Bay House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250 per night with a two-night minimum; Rent six nights and the seventh night FREE!
- Deposit of $200 required. Occupancy and noise policy will be strictly enforced! No more than 8 people (including children) allowed to stay at Casa Sol Y Mar - 10 during the day! Loud music not allowed after 9:00 p.m. If renters are in violation of this policy, they will lose their deposit and must leave the property immediately.
En pesos Mexicanos - $3,250 pesos cada noche con el mínimo de dos noches. 1)-Anticipo de $2,500 pesos requirido; 2)-Máximo de huespedes 8 personas (incluyendo niños mayores de 5 años); 3)-Diez (10) Personas máximo durante el dia; 4)-No se permiten fiestas; 5)-Después de la 9:00 p.m. no se permiten música en volumen alto; 6)-En caso de no cumplirse estas reglas se le pedirá que desocupe la casa, sin reembolso y perderá el anticipo de seguridad. - Rental Rates are a bargain considering you are renting an ENTIRE home. For $250 a night, you are getting three rooms with separate baths (do the math- that's $83 per room, per night!)
