North Woodstock Condo Rates

  • This is a nonsmoking unit and pets and charcoal grills are not allowed. A gas grill is provided. A 50% rental deposit is required at time of booking;balance due 30 days prior to reservation date plus a $250 refundable security deposit. Deposit may be forfeited for balance not received 20 days prior to reservation unless other arrangements agreed by owner. 20 day written/emailed cancellation notice required for deposit refund less $20 processing fee. Renter must be at least 21 years old.

Cannon and Loon are nearest with Bretton Woods, a 25 minute ride away our favorite, with no crowds, fast lift lines , and the best views with Mt Washington as your backdrop.Waterville Valley is 25 minutes by car. Summer and Fall you will find a water hole a 3 min walk away, hiking trails, Clarks Bears and recreation park, Whales Tale Water Park, Hobo railroad,Story Land,Lost River, Flume Gorge , white water kayaking,zip line adventures,bicycling, fishing, golf or my favorite Echo Lake (services & Life guard)with beach, swim ,and/or a good book with the mountains as your scenic background. Visit other quaint towns nearby such as Franconia,Littleton,Mt Washington with its many seasonal festivals. Fall in love NewHampshire
