- All weekly rates include 13% sales & hospitality taxes.The departure cleaning is included in all rates. A $200 refundable security deposit is required to hold the reservation. There is no sales/hospitality tax on stays over 90 days. Weekly summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. This is a NON-SMOKING, No-pets unit. We have a minimum age requirement of 21.
