Community Pool!: This Sparrow Pond Cottage allows you access to our community pool -just a short walk away. Pools are limited on Kiawah Island and are often restricted to guests staying through Kiawah Resort. This cottage is one of the few place on Kiawah that you can rent directly from the owner with access to a pool. Our community pool is perfect for a cool dip after playing at the beach. It even has a baby pool!
Kiawah Island: Kiawah Island is a barrier island outside of Charleston, SC. This private island is unique as there is very limited commercial development. Kiawah Island has been closely managed to maximize the enjoyment of its residents and visitors while maintaining its natural beauty. Kiawah Island boasts over 10 miles of pristine beaches. Many visitors rent bikes and enjoy riding down the hard packed sand. Wildlife abounds and don't be surprised by the number of birds and alligators that make the lagoons home. Cottage on Kiawah is a short walk and even shorter bike ride to the beach.
