Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates are for up to 5 people; $15/ each additional person per night; children under age 6 free.
PLUS $50 cleaning deposit
(Also a 'Refundable' Security Deposit $50 is payable upon arrival)
PETS: $10/ night per pet; $50/ week, per pet. PLUS 'Refundable' Pet Deposit $50
Winter Utility Fee - $15 / night (Nov - Feb)
Minimum stay 2 nights / OR / 1 night rate of $279 ($299 Summer & Holidays)
Weekly rate applies to 5, 6, or 7 nights.
Reservation deposit of $100 required; balance is due 2 weeks in advance of arrival.
