Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- *** SPECIAL RATES *** These rates have been reduced by 1/2 for Homeaway Guests
- Summer of 2008 was $10,000 weekly, these rates have been significantly reduced for HomeAway Guests in 2009 & 2010.
Additional Nights after one weeks stay may be pro-rated to a daily rate.
A $1,000.00 (one thousand dollar) security/damage fee will be collected with the rent and returned to the Guest within 30 days of departure.
The rates include a basic cleaning of the property after departure, not to exceed 8 hours. If the Lodge is left in poor shape, any cleaning after 8 hours will be billed to the guest at $50 per hour and deducted from the security/damage deposit. Mid stay cleanings may be scheduled at an additional charge.

- Off the living room is the spacious master suite, with a king sized bed and doors that open to a private deck, hot tub, and the bright mountain air of Wyoming. A dressing room and sumptuous bathroom, finished in tumbled limestone, with jetted tub and shower are part of the master suite. On the opposite side of the first floor is a second bedroom, with a queen sized bed, and a private bathroom. Upstairs, a bridge leads to a loft-like game room with a pool table and large flat screen television. The game room also has 2 double sized futons for additional guests. On the opposite side of the bridge is a lovely third bedroom and private bathroom (this guest room features a king sized bed).
