- By combining two apartments in the same house connected by a staircase, you will have 7 bedrooms consisting of; 2 bedrooms with queen beds, in one there is also a futon for two, a bunk bed room, a bedroom with 2 twins, a single bedroom, a room with a double bed, a sitting room with a sleeper sofa that can be closed off for total privacy plus there is a a sleeper sofa in the large living room,sleeper sofa in the large dinning room which can also be closed of for privacy. This is a very large apartment in a very big Victorian home with 3 full bathrooms. The apartment occupies the second and third floors and has a luxurious kitchen with cherry wood cabinets and a granite counter, it also contains a washer/dryer unit. As a single unit it sleeps up to 15 comfortably with 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen with a washer/dryer unit and a nice large dining room.
