Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Return renters recieve a 5% discount. Will not rent to high school groups or for prom parties.
- Cleaning is provided every two weeks for one month stays or more.
There will be ad'tl info on payment coming, soon. - Security-------will be a min. of 1,400 U.S. $ for one week for a small party. It will have to be higher, if your party is large. A stay longer than one week, will require a higher deposit. This is necessary because most of the furnishings in the house are antique. We will sign a legal lease ensuring that your deposit be returned, if the house is left in good condition.
We are happy to be obliging, and take the rent in several payments. We ask that the first 1/3 be paid at the time of signing, and the second 1/3 and security be paid by April 1. The last 1/3 we would like by May 1.
There will be a fee for any cancellations, which occur prior to 2 mos of the rental date. If we cannot rent the house, the fee will be higher.

- OCEAN GROVE, NJ---The town was founded in 1869, and is part of the National Register of Historic places in the USA. Here, you will find the greatest concentration of Victorian architecture of ANY place in the whole USA. The town has a est. min. of 900 houses with gingerbread, porches, ect..The town also a beautiful, yet simply designed cathedral for worship or concerts. A boardwalk, made of wood, forms a promenade along the beach, extending at least 5 miles in each direction. INSIDE THE HOUSE---1 air mattress available. Each bedroom has: a ceiling fan; its own private A/C; a large mirror; two quilts and sets of pillows; a bureau; and a chair. Three of the four bedrooms, have 3 windows or more. All have special 'up-down shades' ---which you can move either way; have great ventilation, and light from the many new windows. There is fresh wall to-wall carpet. All of the bedrooms have special authentic wainscoting on the walls, and are furnished tastefully with antiques.
