Northstar Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $295/night holiday rate....weekly holiday rate $1,850.00
$225/night non holiday rate.....weekly rate $1,400.00 (December 15- Jan 5; memorial day weekend; labor day weekend; 4th of July week; Presidents day weekend)
$300 refundable security deposit and $100 non refundable cleaning fee apply
no other charges or taxes.
In order to book/reserve the vacation home, full payment of rent, refundable $300 security deposit and $100 cleaning deposit is due. Payment can be made through PayPal.
