Gulf Shores Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $110 cleaning charge includes cleaning and 1 parking registration
- Almost all Condo Associations now charge a 'Guest Registration Fee', which is basically a parking permit for the duration of the stay. At first glance, it may seem to be just another ripoff add-on, but it actually is a pretty good idea. With the parking permit, security can know who is on the property. It helps guarantee that you will have a parking place and that non-guests are not just taking up spaces while they spend a day at the beach. Also, if security or management needs to contact you for some reason, whey will know which condo you are staying in.
So, the Guest Registration Fee does enhance security and helps avoid unneeded and unwanted hassels during your vacation. The money goes to the association to help pay for security and maintain the property! At Tropical Winds we are often limited to a maximun of 2 passes per unit, but always ask because other than on the biggest holidays or events there is ample parking available. - The $110.00 cleaning fee includes 1 parking permit. There will be a $15 charge for a second parking permit. If you need more than 2 cars, we can almost always work it out. The extra (3rd) permit will cost an additional $15.
The summer season weekly-only rental amount of $1,950.00 is all inclusive and includes 2 parking permits.
