Palmetto Dunes Condo Details

Hampton Place is the newest oceanfront villas in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways leading to old-fashioned swings and a private beach access surround the large oceanfront pool complex. Hampton Place has a new workout facility (open Feb 2009) pool side, two large pools (heated seasonally). An adults-only pool, family pool, hot tub, extensive sun deck, covered gazebo and picnic tables with adjacent outdoor grills complete this setting. Bathrooms and showers to rinse off from the beach are available. Also, the complex is conveniently located next door to the Marriott Oceanfront Hotel, which has specialty shops and restaurants.
