The smoke-free house is located where the Powell River and Davis Creek meet, about ten minutes down river from Flat Hollow Marina, and 15 minutes north of Springs Boat Dock. Both marinas have pumps, watercraft for rent and a grill. Additionally, you may bring your own boat and dock it in one of two covered slips provided at the base of the stairs leading from the house to the lake. The nearest ramp to launch a boat is a half mile from our driveway. If you enjoy recreation on the lawn, there is a half-acre area beside the driveway ideal for horseshoes, crocket, badminton or the like.

This Norris Lake Vacation Rental has over 240 feet of shoreline and is set on five acres for maximum privacy. You will enjoy exploring the beautiful blue-green waters that span more than 800 miles of shoreline covering 34,000 acres. Across the lake from the house is the Chuck Swan Wildlife Management Area, which occupies 24,444 acres on the Central Peninsula on the east shores of Norris Lake. Sit on the wraparound deck facing the lake and enjoy the tranquility. It is an everyday thing to see deer, turkey and a lot of other animals feeding and watering all around the lake. That is what makes Norris Lake an ideal environment for nature lovers, sportsmen and vacationers alike. There is always something to do on the lake! The fishing is great here at Norris Lake, year round and offers an abundance of Striped Bass (rockfish), Largemouth, Small-Mouth and Spotted Bass, the Walleye, Crappie, Catfish and Bluegill (bream).
