Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rates include taxes and cleaning fee.

We require a 50% deposit and signed rental agreement to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% plus a $250 security deposit is due two weeks prior to your rental dates.
The $250 security deposit will be returned to you following an inspection of the home.
