June rent is $690.00 instead of $990.00! - Weekly rentals are Saturday check in time after 4:00 p.m & Saturday check out time is 10:00 a.m. Day of week for check in and check out is flexible.
Additional nights $200 U.S. in high season and $142 in low season, plus 11% U.S. Florida tax.
Damage deposit of $500.00 required to hold reservation. The owner will then hold the reservation for 14 days pending receipt of the damage deposit. Cancellation Policy - We will refund deposit if we are able to re-rent the same time period. Full rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 30 days and we are not able to re-rent we will retain the full rent and damage deposit. Full rent must be received 30 days prior to rental or we will retain the damage deposit and you will lose your rental dates. A personal cheque, money order, cashier's cheque, PayPal (plus fee), bank draft or bank transfer is acceptable. (Clearance by bank is mandatory). No over payments accepted. Electricity for house and pool & wireless included.

The master suite has a desk and chair with free high speed wireless Internet access connection, personal computer, printer, scanner and copier. The desk looks out to the pool area and has a beautiful view of the lake! Bed sizes: Twin/single is 39 inches x 75 inches or 99 cm x 190 cm King is 72 inches x 84 inches or 182 cm x 213 cm. Hairdryers, night lights and alarm clocks in all bedrooms. Living room has 60 inch cable tv with vhs and dvd player.
