  • All bathrooms are in pristine condition with large shower heads. Motel-size water heater in basement provides hot showers for all. We've NEVER run out of hot water EVER! Outdoor shower is huge and private with a full length mirror for gentlemen to shave and a seat for women or children.

  • Due to its unique design, there are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs in the back area of the home. You can have adults upstairs and the kids or seniors on the main floor. A majority of the bedrooms have locks on doors, block-out shades, ceiling fans, radio alarm clocks, full-length mirrors, make-up vanities with mirrors, rugs, A/C, tons of hooks for wet towels, fire alarms, carbon minoxide alarms and window screens. Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, plus 2 singles, a raised jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, private bathroom and private deck with views in the distance of the Peconic Bay. Two main floor bedrooms have an adjoining deck with a gate looking over the stone patio. Rooms are decorated very simply shabby-chic theme and painted with warm colors and floral rugs.

Notes: Energy-efficient house with attic fan to remove hot air and commercial-size dehumidifier in basement to remove moisture and allergens allowing house to heat/cool quicker. Two central A/C units and two furnaces to cool/heat house. Two driveways and two parking lots to accommodate over 15+ cars. Wrap-around porch is covered in red, white and blue holiday lights. If you have small children, you can sit on the porch and secure 3 gates to keep your toddler within site at all times, all while looking down at the pool area while older children swim. You don't have to constantly get up and down or run after your toddler. The gates were installed after my godchild was born and were PERFECT once she started to learn how to walk. We'd just watch her go back and forth...ahhhhh. Special shelf with outlet built on porch for your ipod remote control stereo.

HAMPTONS EXPERT: I’m a native New Yorker and have been going to the Hamptons since I was a kid. For over 15 years, I’ve rented summer houses all over the Hamptons, Fire Island, Long Beach, Sea Girt, NJ, Newport, RI and ski houses in Hunter, NY and Mt. Snow, VT. I’ve always been “that person” who did the research, signed the lease, collected the money and then planned our days and nights. So, when it came time to purchase an investment property, I knew exactly where to buy. I’ve made the house very renter friendly, because I know what it’s like to walk into a strange house only to find out that it’s not all that I had expected. Hence, you won’t be disappointed, as everything I’ve included on my listing and website is accurate. So, if you choose to rent my home, I can share my extensive knowledge of the Hamptons with you as I've been to almost every restaurant, store, bar and club from Montauk to Westhampton for the past 20 years. I can tell you what's happening, where to dine, etc.

FAMILIES: This house is unique in design because it's not your typical square Long Island suburban home. The main section of the house is octagon in shape w/a back section creating more of an 'L' shaped house. You can have several combinations of families: - Upstairs are 4 bedrooms for one family and downstairs in the back area are 3 more bedrooms for another family - Grandparents could stay on the main floor versus having to go up and down 15 stairs. - Kids and Teens can stay downstairs to have privacy. The entire property is FENCED in, so you don't have to worry about small children wandering off. The porch has 3-gates which enclose toddlers in the main area where you're also able to look down at the pool. There is plastic on all table tops and the living room furniture has been scotch-garded. Fire alarms, fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors are all over the house. Meshutt State Park Beach is only 3 minutes away, a family-friendly bay beach.

VIP CLUB ACCESS, BARS & HAPPY HOUR: Years of experience will enhance your stay in the Hamptons if you choose to rent my home and enjoy going to clubs. This knowledge is priceless, especially if you're just staying for the weekend and don't want to wait on lines. My house is on “the list” for entry into “Dune” on Friday nights and currently negotiating with “Pink Elephant” for Saturday nights. I know every bar and happy hour in most surrounding towns, so I can tell you where to go, where NOT to go and the right TIME to go. Your time at the house is precious and you can’t put a dollar value on the knowledge I’ve gained from socializing out east for 20+ years.

Golf: Shinnecock Hills Golf Course is literally 2.2 miles from the property. About a mile away is a golf range and miniature golf for kids.
