* Balance of Rental Fee, $75 Cleaning Fee and $250 Security/Damage Deposit required within 15 days prior to check-in (30-days for Winter Holiday, Spring Ski and Summer Holiday).
* Security/Damage Deposit will be refunded within 15 days of check-out pending no damage.
* Cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in, entire Deposit will be refunded (10% Cancellation Fee will apply for Winter Holiday, Spring Ski and Summer Holiday cancellations).
* Cancellations within 30 days prior to check-in, entire Deposit will be forfeited (unless fully rebooked, 10% Cancellation Fee will apply).
