Prices are subject to change without notice. - Rental occupancy is not to exceed the accommodation for which you booked this condo and which is mentioned in writing in the Rental Agreement. Exceeding the number of persons will result in additional charges or you may be asked to leave this condo. We charge $ 20.00 + tax extra for any additional guest per night.
Cancellations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur NO PENALTY.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit.
No refund for cancellation less than 12 days prior to Check-in Date.
No refunds will be given after the guest arrived or did not show up at all.
Storm and/or Hurricane Policy.
No Refunds will be given unless the State or local authorities order mandatory evacuations.

- Hair-dryers in each bathroom. Plenty of towels for your use. Extra big Beach towels for every guest with the Logo from Treasure Island. We just installed in both bathrooms a WHISPER TOILET seat, which closes very slowly by itself and is completely silent.This is fun and no noise at night!

- We bought a new Kind Size Mattress in the Master Bedroom.. On top of the two Twin Mattresses we added the Comfort Touch Memory Foam Reversible 3' Mattress Topper. The Comfort Touch topper is the ultimate in luxury and therapy. It is made with an innovative new eco-friendly foam that keeps your sleeping temperature just right for a great night's sleep. There is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room in Queen Size, which fits for two kids or teenageers. 'NEW' Upon several requests from young families, we offer also a Baby Crib and a High Chair for small children up to 3 years of age for a small fee. ($ 20 per night ) In December 2012 we bought new allergen free covers for the king size bed as well as for the two twin beds with white duvets. The two-sided beige curtains protect you against bright light from the sun and they make your sleep comfortable at night.

We, as owners, take the pride and time to surround you with all the amenities in a luxuriously equipped condo for your own comfort. We live only five minutes away from our condo, also in Treasure Island and we will personally assist you with all your wishes and questions.
We offer a FREE BOTTLE OF WHITE WINE FROM GERMANY OR RED WINE FROM FRANCE for your enjoyment.
We installed a FLAT SCREEN TV, 42' wide with a DVD Player in the living room and rearranged the furniture, with a new floor lamp with an additional reading lamp, also a new REFRIGERATOR with glass shelves and an ice maker in the freezer.
As a suggestion from our guests, we bought four new portable beach chairs for your use. Just put them on our private beach wagon and hop - you are on the sandy beaches, right were you want to be and enjoy the gentle suf our beaches.
We bought 4 new BATHROBES-COVER-UPS to walk from your vacation condo down to the pool.
