The half bath is just off the foyer, between the foyer and the full laundry room. The second full bath is upstairs and comes with a double vanity for the guests of bedrooms two and three. The third full bathroom is located downstairs with the pool table, additional futon, and hot tub.

- We have a king in the Master, a queen in Bedroom 2 with a futon that sleeps two, a queen in Bedroom 3 with a couch that would sleep a child or teenager. We also have a futon in the pool room that sleeps two and with the two comfortable couches in the living room, you can sleep 10 to 12 pretty easy.
