Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) are $200-225/night with a three night minimum. Bele Chere, a huge arts and music festival in late July, is $250/night.

- The bedroom has a pillow top queen mattress and is a very quiet place to sleep. There is a TV with DVD player as well as a ceiling fan. There is a very small second room with a futon single daybed in it - suitable for a child or small adult. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam pad available for it which makes the sleeping quite comfortable.

A Few Extras:: The owner has put together a wonderful resource - a notebook of favorite hikes, restaurants and shops to make it easy to plan your vacation in Asheville. Also she lives nearby and is available to answer your questions and help in other ways to create the ideal experience. The Lobster Trap located in the first floor of the building will stock the refrigerator before your arrival if requested with steaks, lobster, etc if you would like. Or, hire the Lobster Trap chef to create a personal dinner for two in the privacy of your condo. Spa Theology, a lovely day spa located next door, offers special package discounts to our guests. Just mention that you are staying in Lynne Harty's unit to get the discount. If Lynne is available she can arrange to have chocolates, wine, etc waiting in your room for an additional fee.
