Laconia House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Off-Peak Rates – April 6, 2013 to May 25, 3013 - $900 per week
- contact us if you you like a longer rental
- weekend (2 night minimum) may be available depending on availabilty - rates would be $275 per night
Peak Rates – May 25, 2013 to September 14, 2013 - $1,250 per week
* BIKE WEEK RATE - JUNE 8, 2012 to JUNE 16, 2012 IS $2,000 FOR THE WEEK *
Change over day is Saturday (can come in after 3:00pm on your arrival date and need to vacate the house by 10am for change over for the next renter). - • $250 Security Deposit Required
• 50% of rental is required to hold the reservation
• No refunds if reservation is canceled within 30 days of rental
