Beaches, fishing and water sports + others: You can walk to the Cotuit town beach less than a mile away or have access to many excellent beaches on Nantucket Sound or Cape Cod Bay within a very short drive. In additional to the local variety of aquatic adventures, just hop on a ferry and head for Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket for a relaxing day on the water. Rent boats from any number of area facilities or book a fishing vessel for a day of deep sea fishing. The opportunities are only limited by your imagination and taste for adventure. The basement has a ping pong table, fuseball and magnetic darts. It also has a have bath and mini-fridg so the kids can play for uninterrupted hours. The house includes an X-BOX system with multiple games, video-on-demand and several areas for areas for watching television. Lots of games and puzzles too.
