Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- New Years Special: Rent Adjoining Weeks - Deduct 10% off rental fee only. No security deposit.
- No Rentals to minors or groups under the age of 27
No pets and No smoking allowed for the benefit of all our guests.
Check in on Saturday at 2pm and check out on Saturday at 10am. - Cleaning Fee: $100.00.
Other Fees: Security Deposit of $400.00 Returned Upon Inspection within 30s Days of Checkout.
Deposits: 1/3 of rental. Final payment is due 30 days prior to stay.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Up to 90 days in advance refund of deposit. 60 days 50%refund of deposit.
After 60 days loss of deposit
If renting for two or more weeks together please contact me for details regarding Cancellation/Refund policy, cleaning fee, and security deposit.
