- There are no state or local taxes on this rental.
- A signed rental contract with a $500 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The $500 deposit must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the contract. Half of the total rental fee (less the $500 deposit) must be paid 90 days before check-in. The balance of the rental fee must be paid in full 21 days before check-in. If the reservation is made fewer than 90 days before check-in, the required deposit is 50% of the total rental fee. Payment in USD may be made by check, money order or major credit card. A $300 security deposit and a $100 cleaning fee must be paid with the final rental payment no later than 21 days before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within one week of check-out following an inspection of the unit less any assessment for lost keys, damage or breakage beyond normal 'wear and tear' or missing items as determined by owner. Unit will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
- Minimum rental period is one month. Contact owner to inquire about possible short-term and short-notice availability. Ask about a possible discount for multi-month and off-season rentals. We are not agents or brokers. We are year-round Phoenix residents who own this condo and take pride in personally furnishing and maintaining the property as if we were living in it ourselves. Our Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 60 or more days before your check-in date, we'll refund 50% of all deposits paid. If you cancel fewer than 60 days before your check-in date, there will be no refund of deposits. There is no partial refund for early departure.

More about our location: Anasazi is a meticulously maintained resort-style community in an established, gated, up-scale residential area 10 miles north of Sky Harbor Airport. The 22 acre complex features 5 lagoon-style waterfall pools (3 heated in winter) and 5 oversized spas (all heated). There's a Starbucks just across the street for morning coffee, if that's your preference. Or you can brew up a fresh pot, sit on the patio and watch the early morning golfers below. And there's an IHOP just outside the main gate if you crave a hearty breakfast. Our condo is on the top (4th) floor with easy elevator access. That means there's no one overhead and there are great views. With the patio's western exposure, you can soak up the warm Arizona sun all afternoon and then watch a spectacular sunset over the mountains in the distance. The mild Phoenix winter temperatures (daytime avg. is 72 F) make our large sunny patio, with comfortable balcony-height bistro seating, the perfect place for an al fresco lunch or dinner.
Shopping and Entertainment: Our condo's centralized location will make shopping convenient and easy. For everyday necessities, the convenience and value of a new Walmart with a complete supermarket, as well as Costco and Target (with a Starbucks) are within walking distance. Dozens of shops, stores and restaurants are also located within walking distance (or a 5 min. drive) at Paradise Valley Mall. For the health-conscious gourmet, Whole Foods, Sprouts and Trader Joe's are one mile down the road. World-class shopping and dining at Scottsdale Fashion Square, Biltmore Fashion Park, Kierland Commons and Olde Scottsdale are just a 20 minute drive. The Desert Botanical Garden and adjacent Phoenix Zoo are 'must sees' for first time Valley visitors. Concerts and theatrical productions abound at the Herberger Theatre, ASU Gammage, Phoenix Theatre, Arizona Broadway Theatre, Orpheum Theatre and Symphony Hall. For gaming enthusiasts, several large Indian casinos are nearby and feature the latest slots and table games.
Golf, Hiking, Sports: Our condo overlooks the Stonecreek Golf Course and many of Phoenix and Scottsdale's best courses are within a 15-20 min. drive including TPC, host of the FBR Open. Our property features paved, shaded walking paths and a fitness facility. Nearby Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak reward the hiker with spectacular city views and the unique flora and fauna of the fascinating Sonoran desert. Phoenix is host to professional teams in all major sports in season including Cardinals Football, Diamondbacks Baseball, Suns Basketball and Coyotes Hockey. Tours are available for Chase Field (DBacks) and the new Univ. of Phoenix Stadium (Cardinals). The Phoenix metro area is spring training headquarters for 15 major league baseball teams from mid-February through early April featuring inexpensive tickets, perfect weather, accessible players and new fan-friendly stadiums. From late September through early May, Turf Paradise (15 min.) offers thoroughbred horse racing afternoons on Fri. through Tue.
