Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- This 1 bedroom condo is located next to our 2 bedroom + bunk room condo as well.
RATES AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. EMAIL FOR CURRENT RATES AND AVAILABILITY.
Applicable Taxes and Cleaning Fees are added to rates. We mostly rent by the week or off season monthly rentals but inquire about nightly stays as well and if available we are happy to rent at a 3 nt minimum.
Advanced Deposits
We take a $300 Refundable Damage Deposit/Reservation Hold. This is returned to you within 4 - 10 days of your departure date provided nothing is missing or damaged. Your Deposit is due at the time you fill out your Rental Form in order to hold your desired time frame. The rental fee is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If it is less than 30 days to your desired dates, All monies are due at the time of booking. We accept checks or credit cards - Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in time will begin after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be arranged only on the date of departure and are strictly based on availability. Late check-outs will incur additional charges.
Hurricane Policy
Refunds will not be processed unless the National Weather Service/NOAA has issued a Hurricane Warning for the immediate area in which the property is located. Blue Sky Days will process refunds for reservation dates that correspond to the dates of the NOAA issued hurricane warning.
